I'll Always Be Your Little

Dear Big,

Today I take on the responsibility of becoming a Big.

Today I embark on a new adventure with my very own Little.

Today my title of being a Little, changes to a Big.

Today I want you to know and remember that no matter how many Littles I take, no matter how many generations pass, I will always be your Little.

I will always be the one who put you as their number one choice because you and I? We clicked. You know how when you first meet someone and you just know that they could be your person? There is no other person that I would have wanted to be my Big, my role model and my sidekick than you. Before I even knew you were my Big, I was so anxious and impatient to find out who had been sending me cute clues and gifts. I tried so hard to figure it, I developed a whole theory as to how and why it should be you, only to have you go and confuse me. But, you know what? It was great. It was so fun being surprised the day of Big/Little Reveal. You have taught me so much and I cannot wait to pass that on to my Little. Our lineage will go on and your Grandlittles will look up to you just as I do for being such an amazing and kind person.

You are the best Big I could have asked for and I am so thankful for you. You spoil me rotten with your gifts and treats every now and then. Although I will say I probably won't be able to make those adorable shirts you made me because let's face it, I like to think I am artsy but in reality, when it comes to sewing I am NOT your girl. So, sorry to my Little in advance - but they might just be happy with store bought shirts.

Big, you remind me how much you love me and I am just hopeful that now I will be half the Big you are!

Love always,

Your Little

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
