For those of you that don't know, an Ipsy Bag is a subscription service that caters to your beauty wants and needs. It takes into consideration your skin tone, eye color, hair color, whether or not you have dyed your hair, your experience with makeup, and much more. Why should you get an Ipsy Bag?
1. You get to experience brands you might not have tried
I'll be honest. There are several brands that I have received that I have never heard of in my life. This is probably because I have only recently become interested in makeup, but even if you are huge makeup buff there still may be one or two brands that Ipsy might introduce to you.
2. It's cheaper than buying small sizes of top brands
I got a reasonable sized tube of Tarte's quick dry matte lip paint. A normal sized tube is $20. Even though it was a smaller size, it was definitely worth buying the Ipsy bag.

Each month the bags have a certain theme, and you get a cute bag to go along with it! Now for some people that may be a con because they don't need all the bags, but I always find a use for more.
4. Earn points that you can redeem for products
Through referring friends and rating products, you earn points that you can redeem for full-sized products (shipping is included and they arrive with your next Ipsy bag).
5. You get brands you might not try
Most people have those few brands that they always try to stick to, but this gives you a chance to branch out and try new things.
6. You get at least one full-sized product
One of my favorite things about Ipsy is that they make sure to give you at least one full-sized product a month.
7. Not just makeup
You can get hair serums, face masks, face washes, hair masks/treatments, fingernail polish, and much more.
8. Often sends you brushes
THEY SEND YOU BRUSHES THAT FEEL LIKE MAGIC!
9. Upscale products
Most of the items they send you are higher quality, and perfect for people who have to watch the ingredients in their makeup.
10. You get to truthfully rate the products
After you receive your bag, you can go online and log into your Ipsy account to rate that month's bag. Not only can you give them a 1-5 rating, but it also allows you to comment on each product. This is then taken into account for your future bags.
