10 Photos To Motivate You For School

There are certain things in life we can't deny. The sky is blue, the grass is green and pretty soon school will be back in session. I personally have a love hate relationship with school. You get to see your friends, but the school day drags on. You stunt on everyone with your new outfits, but are instantly depressed when you realize that you no longer get to sleep in. Worst of all you are reminded that study time begins again.

Now would be the time to through a temper tantrum and sink into a deep depression about this dreaded and most horrific realization. However fellow students, dare I say I have found some things that have made me just a little excited to go back to school. I call it "school inspiration" or "schoolspiration," if you will. So, if you need to get inspired here are some images to push you back into the, oh, so familiar school flow.

OK, so if this handwriting doesn't get you inspired for school, then the neatness of the freshly trimmed note cards are sure to prep you for a successful school year #aestheticallypleasing!

So, these aren't even my strong subjects in school, but I would sit through these classes just for the super cute binders.Yes, please!

Yes, Queen, these healthy school lunches are giving me life. Lunch will always and forever be my favorite time of the day. Lunch just brings people together for some reason, and satisfies the soul!

So, I really like lunch -- don't judge me.

Granted everyone's schedule won't look like this but having a set routine to keep me on track makes it that much easier stay motivated for school.

Another reason to be pumped for school is the glorious fall fashion. Fresh clothes to start a new school year will always be a reason to bust through the school doors and announce your presence. Ladies, we can never have too many pairs of boots. Am I right?

Hello, beautiful (proceeds to drool).

Nothing screams back to school like a pretty planner, these Lilly Pulitzer planners will make you want to write down your homework...and if you are really motivated you might actually do it.

This might be a personal preference, but the smell of freshly sharpened pencils excites me to take notes, and when they are this cute you won't put them down. #overachiever #doitforthenotes.

One last image to seal the deal. This photo has it all the pop of color to brighten your day, the neatness to help you stay organized, and the fresh wooden pencils!

Happy school year, students, and may the odds be ever in your favor. May the GPAs rise!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
