As many of you know, I love baking cupcakes (and eating them too), but I am also totally into zodiac signs. I believe everyone’s sign is an accurate reflection of who a person is, so I figured I would match flavors of cupcakes to zodiac signs!

Aquarius

They are known for their independency and progressive way of thinking, but they can often be temperamental and uncompromising. Additionally, they are shy but energetic at times.

Cupcake: Vanilla cake with spicy buttercream frosting. The cake seems sweet, but with just one bite, it is bursting with flavor and excitement, just like an Aquarius.

Pisces

They are known for being passionate and wise. They have a tendency to be fearful and overly trusting. Pisces can be quite the romantic, and they are not afraid to show it either.

Cupcake: Red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. Since a Pisces' love is typically very strong, the red cake resembles the love a Pisces has. And who doesn’t love a little bit of cream cheese frosting??

Aries

They are known for their determination and honesty. An Aries can be aggressive and impulsive. By nature, they love competition and enjoy taking on leadership roles.

Cupcake: Blackout cake, which entails chocolate cake, chocolate custard buttercream. It is then dipped in a fudge glaze. The crazy amounts of chocolate resembles an Aries' natural love of leadership.

Taurus

They are known for being practical and patient. A Taurus has a tendency to be stubborn and possessive. In their free time, they love to partake in gardening; they also love working with their hands.

Cupcake: Vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream frosting. The cake is very simple and practical, like a Taurus. The frosting can be difficult to make, which matches a Taurus’ stubbornness. Additionally, the frosting tastes best when the strawberries are fresh, which matches a Taurus’ love of gardening!

Gemini

They are known for their curiosity and being gentle. Their flaws consist of being inconsistent and nervous at times. A Gemini can be very social, and they are always ready to have fun.

Cupcake: Rainbow cake with vanilla frosting topped with multi-colored sprinkles. By the look of the cupcake, the consumer can tell that the cake is full of fun and excitement, which is very similar to a Gemini’s personality!

Cancer

Cancers are known for their loyalty, affection, and sympathetic personality. They can be moody and pessimistic by nature. Additionally, they do have a nurturing and sensitive side to them.

Cupcake- Cherry cheesecake with vanilla frosting. The soft, delicate frosting resembles a Cancer’s nurturing sympathetic side. The cherry-filled cake matches their love and deep affection.

Leo

They are known for their creativity and humor. At times they are arrogant and self-centered. Leos are also great leaders and can be dominant.

Cupcake: Dark chocolate cake with raspberry frosting. The dark cake resembles the leader in the Leo. The raspberry frosting resembles the Leo’s fun and humorous personality.

Virgo

Virgos are known for being practical and kind. At times they can be worried and shy. They often pay attention to small detail, and they are incredibly careful.

Cupcake: Chocolate cake with vanilla frosting topped with chocolate chips. Chocolate and vanilla are very practical, go-to flavors, which matches a Virgo’s practical mindset. The chocolate chips just add a little bit of precision, just what Virgos like!

Libra

They are known for being social and gracious. They can be indecisive, and they often pity themselves. They dislike being alone, and they thoroughly enjoy the outdoors.

Cupcake: Key lime pie cake with lime buttercream frosting. The lime represents their love for being outdoors. When I think of limes, I think of citric, summer fruits, which leads me to think of summer and parties, which ultimately reminds me of a Libra. Key lime is a very old recipe that is simple, sweet, and gracious, just like a Libra.

Scorpio

Scorpios are known for being passionate and brave. At times they can be secretive and jealous. Additionally, they have a cool and calm behavior, and they are excellent at being resourceful.

Cupcake: Blueberry cake with blueberry cream cheese frosting. The blue represents Scorpio’s cool, calm behavior.

Sagittarius

They have a great sense of humor and can be very generous. A Sagittarius can be impatient. They are energetic and goal-oriented.

Cupcake: Lemon cake with coconut frosting topped with funfetti. The lemon represents the natural energy of a Sagittarius.

Capricorn

Capricorns are known for being responsible and disciplined. At times they can be condescending and unforgiving. They are also family-oriented.

Cupcake: Green velvet cake with vanilla frosting. The green represents a Capricorn's natural love of family. The vanilla resembles the discipline and responsibility of a Capricorn.
