We all love The Office. We all love Harry Potter. Isn't it about time that these two great things were brought together?

Michael Scott: Hufflepuff

Michael's got a lot of heart. He's fiercely loyal to Dunder Mifflin and to each and every one of his co-workers (except Toby). In his own words, "I would give a kidney to any person in this office."

Jim Halpert: Gryffindor

Let's be real: Jim is such a Gryffindor. He is smart, funny, a huge prankster, and is just confident enough to be cool without being arrogant. 10/10.

Pam Beesly: Hufflepuff

Pam is a very patient and loyal person, especially when she has to deal with Michael's antics. She also follows him when he leaves to start his own company. #RIPMichaelScottPaperCompany

Dwight Schrute: Slytherin

Basically, the whole time Dwight works at Dunder Mifflin, he is trying to become Regional Manager. Isn't that ambitious of him? (One of Slytherin's core values)

Angela Martin: Slytherin

There is no doubt that Angela is in Slytherin. I mean, look at that side eye. Look at the subtle head shake. So much contempt. Such a judging gaze.

Phyllis Lapin-Vance: Gryffindor

Phyllis is hella fierce. She stood up to Angela when she was being a turd about the Party Planning Committee which was very courageous of her. Once she took her down, Phyllis established herself as a force to be reckoned with.

Oscar Martinez: Ravenclaw

Oscar is one of the more intelligent members of the Dunder Mifflin family. He has a lot of good ideas but is very often ignored. Still, he finds creative ways to occupy his mind as he is surrounded by others of... well, lesser brain power.

Creed Bratton: Hufflepuff

Creed doesn't care, and yet at the same time, he is a hard worker. Now, he doesn't work hard to do his job; rather, he works hard to avoid doing his job and to avoid being arrested. But we appreciate his effort nonetheless.

Kevin Malone: Hufflepuff

Kevin may not have the brightest brain, but he's got the biggest heart for sure. Also, the Hufflepuff common room is like right next to the kitchen which I think is an ideal situation for him.

Stanley Hudson: Ravenclaw

Stanley is too smart for this mediocrity. He does not suffer fools. Everyone is a fool in his eyes.

Erin Hannon: Hufflepuff

Erin loves to dance, works really hard to fill Pam's shoes as a receptionist, and is loyal to Michael. Kind of an idiot, but it happens.

Ryan Howard: Ravenclaw

Ryan is a pretty sharp guy. He went to business school, and he invented WUPHF which is honestly a pretty genius idea. He may have been arrested for fraud, but I feel like you have to be at least semi-smart to be able to even figure out how to commit fraud, you know?

Darryl Philbin: Ravenclaw

Darryl is low-key really smart. He knows how to keep Michael in check and often outsmarts and silences him with his wordplay and witty banter. Overall, he's a bright fellow.

Andy Bernard: Gryffindor

Andy is passionate about stuff. He cares a lot and he has a ton of determination and nerve. I mean, remember that time he punched a hole in the wall?

Holly Flax: Ravenclaw

Holly is really dorky and likes "Star Wars" references. She might not have a ton of common sense, but she sends off a book-smart vibe.

Jane Levinson: Slytherin

Ooh boy. Who is surprised? She's got an even better side-eye than Angela. Jane is sneaky and manipulative and kind of psychotic. But she owns it so you've got to respect her for it.

Meredith Palmer: Gryffindor

Meredith is super rambunctious and is always down to have a good time. She is incredibly brave and courageous, including that one time she drunkenly flashed Michael at the Christmas Party and that other time she flashed everyone on Casual Friday. A lot of flashing.

Kelly Kapoor: Slytherin

Kelly is a cunning and attention-seeking gal. Although others might not see her as exceptionally bright, she is lowkey #woke and knows how to manipulate others to get what she wants.

Karen Filipelli: Slytherin

Honestly, Karen is pretty conniving and she was pretty rude to Pam. At the same time, it kind of makes sense because Jim was obviously in love with Pam while he was with Karen. But still. Chill girl.

Toby Flenderson: Hufflepuff

Absolutely no question with this. I don't know how Michael is going to handle it, though.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
