When it comes to reading, it's such a great hobby that can be done anywhere. It's a great way to unwind and take your mind to another place. And when it comes to technological takeover, we can even read with more ease.

Kindles and other reading tablets are a great idea. It gives us readers the chance to take books anywhere and everywhere with us without the bulk of five books in our bag, as well as giving endless space to store all the books you'd like to read.

As for me, I am still stuck between a good old fashion book or the new age Kindle. As a reader, I own both.

The thing about books is they are physically in your hands. You have the feeling of the pages in between your fingers, as well as the lovely smell books, seem to contain. I love the way my books look on a bookshelf, sort of a collection to show off your interests. Having the physical book is being able to lend it to someone, you can't lend someone a Kindle, well you could but you probably don't want to.

When it comes to Kindles and e-readers, we have this great opportunity to have millions of books at our fingertips. Instead of having to lug around books, we can fit so many into a six-ounce tablet, It's a simple but yet amazing machine that lets us bring stories anywhere we go as well as check our Facebook's, listen to Audible's, and take pictures.

When it comes to the two, I tend to lean more towards the favor of the trusty old book. There's no screen to stare at when I want to unwind and unplug. And nothing is more relaxing than reading a book in the bathtub and not worrying about dropping your Kindle in there!

I believe that when it comes to the two, it just depends what you prefer. And if you cannot decide, you can always be like me and bounce between the two because who said you had to just pick one!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
