No dream is too big or unachievable.
No mistake ever made can’t be a lesson learned. Ten failures could lead to an amazing success.
Never sell yourself short. Never let anyone tell you you can’t. If you believe you're capable, if you believe in yourself more than anyone else does, you will succeed and all your wildest dreams will come true.
Growing up we were always asked, “what do you want to be when you grow up?” The President of the United States. An astronaut. An actor. And so on. Every kid has a crazy imagination that provides a sense of humor among all adults. And that’s where the limitation began.
These ideas and aspiration should not be a child’s “wild imagination.” It should be supported and implied that they’re capable of anything through hard work and dedication. Will they most likely change their mind? Maybe. But why limit them or suggest it isn't a possibility?
Limitation isn’t only suggested as children. Society has so much doubt in our generation that it has allowed doubt slip into our lives. It has led us to believe that our dreams will never be achieved because “it’s impossible” or “too much work.”
Somewhere along the line, society stopped rooting for our generation to succeed. Somewhere along the line, the generation before us decided we were incapable of much. And I think that is B.S.
We are the next generation of brilliance, success, and dedication. Simply put, just because there is a handful of screw ups doesn’t make us all one.
We would achieve so much more than we already have if you would stop telling us we can’t. If you would stop telling us we don’t know anything and we’re going to destroy generations to come.
No. We. Will. Not. We grew up in a generation of acceptance and love. We grew up in a time where there is no difference between black and white and gay and straight. We’re more opened and more accepting than those who tell us we aren't capable.
Society, stop shattering a dream we haven't even tried to achieve.
A dream is a dream. You can achieve it. Tell the world what you want to do. Be proud and say it with authority. Say it like you know you’re capable of doing it.
People will doubt you. But in the end, when you achieve your wildest dreams, they will applaud you. They will look up to you and they will be idiots that told you, you couldn’t. But you did.
Live out your dream. Do the impossible. Stay true to yourself and never put your head down. Dream big and dream bigger than you think you can achieve and then do it.
