Have you ever had so many cotton balls that you had no idea what to do with them all? And do you, like everyone else love Animal Crackers? Well, I have the perfect solution for you!
1. Empty Your Animal Cracker Container
Who doesn't love animal crackers and their cute bear shaped containers? And what do you do with the container once you're done? I'm sure you would probably throw it away but those containers are great for storing things in!
So to begin, empty the container of those tasty crackers and remove the labels from the front and back of the container.
2. Select Your Paints!
Once you select the paints of your choice, you can start with the largest part of your bear; the belly! I chose a pale yellow for the cuteness and it won't take away from the rest of the bear.
You will also want to get a black, white and brown paint for a more realistic look. Like everything with art, you can always choose what ever colors you want.
Make it your own!
3. Personalization!
I went ahead and painted the eyes black and white, the ears brown and yellow, the paws brown, and the nose brown, black and white. You can paint your bear with any colors your heart desires!
Also, during this stage, I added the cotton balls to see what they would look like as I painted. So far, I am pleased with how my bear is turning out.
4. Finalization!
Here we are, finishing our first Cotton Ball Animal Cracker Container!
I got a little more creative and made my bear a girl bear by adding a cute little bow. But you can add whatever else you would like; it's super simple!
See how easy that was?
This crafting project took me about 3 or 4 hours to complete. The paint had to dry and I had errands and homework to do. So if you're looking for a quick, fun and resourceful project to do in one day, here you go!
Happy Crafting!
