UA is the home to the biggest Greek life organization in the country and many additions have been made to sorority families this past month. To really show your new little appreciation for her, here are seven things you and your sorry family can do and go to build an unbreakable bond.

1. Be her big and her barista

Even though you have gotten to know your little this past couple of months, it is important to try to really get to know who she really is and what she likes. Of all topics with importance, knowing how she takes her coffee can really build a friendship. There are multiple Starbuck on campus which can make grabbing a coffee on the way to see her very convenient. This idea may seem as small as a grain of sugar, but taking the time to do a kind gesture for her will show how every little aspect of her is important to you and can make your relationship as strong as an espresso shot.

2. Take her to your favorite study spot.

With most of our time her being surrounded by studying, find a place where you can focus and grind together. Motivating each other can not only help your grades but your appreciation for each other. Wish your little luck on any test she may have and make sure she is aware of the resources she has if she needs any help with her school work.

3. Make dinner dates.

Even when schedules get crammed, make time for each other. many times relationships digress if either of you can come to terms to planning a time to check in. schedule a time for just the two of you. Traditions can also make a friendship build whether you participate in taco Tuesday or just get a celebratory ice cream, or a just because. Most people will enjoy food more when they are surrounded by loved ones.

4. Have a mini spa day.

There is nothing more rewarding than treating yourself to a fresh manicure or a hair treatment. Now college can get expensive and these necessities are not always in the budget but recreate your spa with your little. take time to paint each other's nails, make homemade or store bought face masks, and even do each other's hair. It sounds cheesy, but girls know there is nothing more rewarding than a clean refreshed face to keep you motivated even during stressful school terms.

5. Have a movie night.

Get cozy, pop some popcorn, and enjoy a thriller or a comedy. Stay in or go out, but sharing a movie can always be a fun way to bond. Knowing what kind of movies your little likes can really help you know what her likes and dislikes are. You are never too old to watch princess movies and share laughs with each other. Don't feel like renting a movie or there is nothing on, try a cringe Netflix movie that will definitely get you both cringing with laughter.

6. Make "Insta" memories.

Instagram and Pinterest are always the avenues many girls take to show their appreciation or get ideas for big-little picture ideas. Be your own Insta perfect shot by having mini photoshoots with your sister. This is a great way to document your time together and can be a framed moment of your friendship can be a priceless gift.

7. Most importantly... be there for her

You have been on campus for more than a year now and showing her the do's and don'ts is a must. It is important that she makes her own mistakes and memories, but be there when she really needs you the most. College is a big step for a young individual and knowing you are not alone can make the transition more enjoyable and make both of your college experience a memorable one.
