Hocus Pocus just might be the most popular Halloween movie of all time, yet this past week was the first time I ever watched it. Before everyone attacks me, no, I don’t know why I hadn’t watched it before. But hey, I’ve watched it now and I absolutely loved it. Below is a look at some of the thoughts I had while watching.
1. This is me on mornings when I don't want to get up (aka every morning).
After all, mornings mean classes and who wants to go to class when you could sleep more instead?
2. This is me when I get a new book.
You might think I'm exaggerating, but ask my sister or my bff and they'll tell you it's true.
3. This is me when people interrupt me while I'm reading.
Pro tip: never interrupt someone when they're reading. Especially if they also have headphones in.
4. Oh my goodness gracious, Dani was hilarious and I could not get enough of her.
When she said "At least you would have died like a man" I lost it. I loved her.
5. This is me when I let people borrow my book and they don't take care of it.
That's also why I don't let people borrow my books anymore.
6. This is my roommate's favorite scene and I can see why because I could not stop laughing.
When they screamed because of the fire truck I lost it.
7. Can we take a moment to appreciate this walk?
I love it. I love it so much.
8. This is me when I see how much homework I have.
Seriously. Can I have a break?
9. This is my roommate when she's woken up before she actually has to get up.
So far it's been because of the room inspection people and A&M's cannon. I told her I was going to find whoever is in charge of the cannon and give them her schedule so they can wake her up every morning and I was given that look.
10. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE SCENE. I LOVED IT SO MUCH.
I think I cackled. I think I genuinely cackled.
11. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE LINE. I DIED.
I know I cackled. Also, can we take a moment to appreciate Penny Marshall, aka Laverne from the TV show Laverne and Shirley.
12. When the Sanderson sisters actually did the town a service.
And when Jay and "Ice" got what they deserved. I was waiting the whole movie for a moment like this.
13. When this happened and all I could think about was Supernatural.
Although, I don't think Allison's "circle" of salt would hold off anything else. She's a bit wild with it.
14. "Pull over! Let me see your drivers permit!"
I know I keep saying I could not stop laughing, but I could not stop laughing.
15. This is me when I finally get to sleep.
