In honor of the 20 year anniversary of Harry Potter, here are the two best things, combined: Harry Potter and SEC Football.

University of Florida- Professor McGonagall

Nobody can really find anything against this school. We feel like we shouldn't like them but for some reason, they're just kind of likable.

University of Georgia- Albus Dumbledore

The oldest school in the SEC, founded in 1785. The school has age and wisdom over the other schools in the conference.

University of Kentucky- Hagrid

Somebody has to be the oaf of the conference. (They are really good at basketball though, so we're grateful for that.)

University of Missouri- Luna Lovegood

Nobody really knows where they came from or why they're here. They didn't join the conference until 2012 (80 years after almost everyone else), making them the weird team in the conference.

University of South Carolina- Fred and George Weasley

Their fans are honestly just here for a good time.

University of Tennessee- Draco Malfoy

In the characters' youth, they didn't get along very well, but Harry quickly realized that he had much bigger problems to deal with.

Vanderbilt University- Hermione Granger

Not the most athletic of the bunch but we appreciate what they contribute to the conference GPA.

University of Arkansas- Ron Weasley

Loyal fans, just like Ron. And out of all the teams in the conference most people just have a really hard time hating them. Their fans are generally really cool and their team is just so good. When people aren't rooting for their own teams they're usually lowkey rooting for Arkansas

Auburn University- Voldemort

The ultimate antagonist.

Louisiana State University- Bellatrix Lestrange

Somehow not quite as bad as Auburn, but definitely still bad.

University of Mississippi- Severus Snape

Everyone has a love-hate relationship with Snape, just like they do with Ole Miss. They certainly aren't the main villain of the conference but they like to agitate other teams when they can.

Mississippi State University- Neville Longbottom

No one really has anything against them. They just kind of sit back and observe the rest of the conference and occasionally win a game.

Texas A&M University- Ginny Weasley

Another character that seems like they should be a misfit, but for some reason they just kind of work. They were the only other team that joined the conference in 2012, but unlike Mizzou, it seems like a much better fit. Just like Ginny.

University of Alabama- Harry Potter

You fall one way or the other on Harry Potter, you either think he's the best character and want him to succeed or think he's the worst character and are constantly waiting for him to fail. Just like Alabama. Roll tide!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
