In case you’re wondering, she is happy.
She has found a joy that cannot be explained. Nobody can figure out where it came from or how it happened, but she is happy. After months of being destroyed, distraught, broken, and confused...she no longer carries those words on her back. She has learned to be strong and every day, happiness was gained. The promise of you never leaving was broken, but there is no bitterness or hatred in her heart. She smiles more, a smile that is no longer fake. A smile that is genuine, it can light up a room and even become contagious. She is stronger and wiser, but still cares deeply and has tons of love to give to someone. She is doing things that make her happy, she is keeping busy and finding a new version of herself. She is working hard in her life to accomplish goals and that, that brings her happiness. She is becoming herself again, but a new and improved version. A version she is learning to love each and every day. A version where she focuses on self improvement and encouragement, rather than tearing herself down. The goals, the accomplishments, and the challenges are things she may wish to tell you, but she has learned to be happy without you. She is learning to love who she is and gain her independence back. She knows she will do great things in this life. She will live it to the fullest and hold onto joy. She is okay. She is strong. She is happy.
