As Halloween approaches, costume ideas are surfacing. When you think of Halloween costumes for girls, the same categories pop up in everyone’s head: some type of sexy officer -- such as a cop or firefighter -- and some type of animal, like a cat or bunny. But, those are not very memorable. When you are dressed as a cat, along with 20 other girls in the room, nothing makes you stand out. Not many people remember a certain girl in a firefighter or bunny costume. But they do remember that girl with the funniest Halloween costume. Almost every girl tries to dress seductively, and although most guys like that, be the girl who is remembered because of her hilarious and creative costume. 

One of the easiest and funniest costumes you can do, even with a couple friends, is a bag of Franzia wine. All you need is a really large clear trash bag that you can fit in, and some tissue paper. Cut out holes for your legs and tie the opening part of the bag around your waist, chest or shoulders. Next, fill up the bag you are inside of with yellow, pink or red tissue paper. 

This next theme, a shower theme, could be for however many people want to join. One idea is bubbles! Blow up 20 white and blue balloons. Just wear a white shirt and shorts and tape all of the balloons to your clothes. Next, is a bar of soap. All you need for this costume is a box you can wear comfortably. Wrap the box in white paper and write, “soap,” on it, or any specific brand of soap. Last is a loofah. For this, you will need about 20 yards of nylon matte netting, elastic and some rope. Cut the netting into multiple pieces, fold the netting, bunch up the middles and tie it with elastic. Tie all of the tied up netting onto two different ropes (half on each), then put one around your waist and the other around your chest. Attach a circled up piece of rope to the top of it. 

A really simple costume you could do with quite a few people is the seven dwarfs from Snow White. All it takes is seven different colored t-shirts, high-waist shorts and beanies. You can write on the beanie which dwarf you are.

The last idea is the three blind mice. You can really make this one cute. Make a pink, black and grey tutu out of tulle, wear a black shirt with mouse ears and carry around a cane.

There are hundreds of costume ideas out there. You don’t always have to wear short skirts and tight shirts to be remembered at a Halloween party. Sometimes, the most memorable ones, that are the biggest hit, are the really creative, funny ones.
