The start of fall is the best time to become obsessed with the latest TV drama, with networks like ABC and MTV premiering the latest in entertainment (hello, homework procrastination!)

This guide will bring you through the best new shows that are heating up as the temperatures cool down.

1. You (Premieres September 9th on Lifetime)

Perfect for anyone who's still missing Pretty Little Liars, you'll fall in love with the twists and turns of the characters modern day romance.

2. Manifest (Premieres September 24th on NBC)

The plot follows passengers aboard a seemingly normal plane ride until they land and learn that while they felt they were only in the sky for a few hours, the plane went missing five and a half years prior.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots.
