Gossip Girl is one of the juiciest, most drama-filled, awesome shows I've watched. If you think about it, all of the main characters represent something bigger than that character. In this case they represent college majors.

1. English/Literature

Dan Humphrey is definitely an English/Literature major. If he's not reading, he's writing, and vice versus.

2. Business/Marketing


Chuck Bass is Business 101. He's all about the business side of things, well, except for Blair of course.

3. Theatre

Blair Waldorf would have to be a drama/theatre major. Heck, she even does some acting within the show. She's definitely the drama queen of the bunch.

4. Sports Medicine

Nate Archibald is always working out or doing something athletic. Yes, he is a low key businessman, but really though, he's more of a sports guy. Just ask his Dad.

5. Fashion

Jenny Humphrey is totally opposite from her brother. Jenny is all about fashion and even gets to work for Blair's mom, Eleanor.

6. Communications

Ok ok, I know Serena van der Woodsen was not the most academic girl around, but if she was going to be a college major it would be communications. She worked for a publicist and Diana Payne.
