Going back to school can be either a super exciting time or the worst time for students. There are so many things to look forward to when going back to school, but there are also stressful things that come up when going back to school. Leslie Knopenfrom "Parks and Recreation" sums up the back-to-school feels perfectly:
1. When you wake up early for class.
Waking up early for class is never easy. You will have to convince yourself to be in a good mood and not be grumpy for class.
2. When you see a cute boy in your class.
Nothing more exciting than walking into class looking good on the first day and finding a cute boy in the same class.
3. When you're trying to put together your first-day outfit.
Dressing up for class probably won't be a regular thing, but for the first day you spend the night before searching for the right outfit to wear.
4. When you realize you're in for a lot of work this semester.
On the first
5. When you're getting organized for the semester.
There is something so exciting about getting a new planner and organizing yourself for the semester.
6. When you text your mom for moral support.
It's likely you will text your mom or friends for support when you're freaking out about how stressed you are for classes.
7. When you're reunited with your friends.
There is nothing more exciting than seeing your friends again after being separated from each other all summer.
8. When you try to contain your excitement to be back at school.
Being in college going back to school is such an exciting time. Towards the end of summer, all you feel is excitement.
9. When you get a pile of homework the first week of class.
You always expect the first week to be a breeze, but there's always that one class where you get assigned a bunch of work the first day.
10. When the stress and exhaustion of school begins to hit you.
You're excited to go back to school all summer and then you find yourself stressed out and exhausted from school again.
11. When you remember to motivate yourself to keep up the hard work.
Don't be afraid to motivate yourself and keep yourself going when you get back to school. It can be stressful, but just remember you're awesome and can do this!
