"The Sims 4" has many qualities that get overlooked because of the lack of an open world and other attributes "The Sims 3" possessed. This game has many great aspects about it that need more appreciation! The first part of my adulation for the game wasn't enough love, so here's the second part!

8. The complexities of the family tree.

If your family isn't the regular family, your family tree allows you to know if another sim isn't your full-blooded relative (i.e., stepmom, stepdad, stepsister, stepbrother, in-laws, half-sister, half-brother, step-grandpa, step-grandma). I think this feature is neat.

9. The addition of the game packs.

The addition of this pack further distinguishes the expansion packs from the stuff packs. It plays as a middle ground between the two -- expansion packs include large amounts of upgrades to your game (i.e., new world, activities, new buildings, interactions), whereas stuff packs include new items for your game (i.e., clothes, hairstyles, household objects). Game packs include new gameplay features, objects, experiences, but not necessarily to the extent the expansion packs do. In essence, expansion packs are at the top, with game packs following after, and then stuff packs.

10. The pregnancies look more realistic.

In "The Sims 3," the pregnancies didn't look as realistic as they do in "The Sims 4." Look at the differences:

Not only are pregnancies more realistic in looks, but also in interactions and sims' needs. In "The Sims 4," your hunger and bladder motives are affected greatly and decrease at a higher rate, which is awesome! I love the realistic aspect.

11. Creating-A-Sim features and additions.

When creating your sim in the beginning, you have a more advanced control of the features you want on your sim. You can choose how far away you want your eyes to be, how pouty you want your lips to look, how small or wide you want your hips, how big or small you want your feet to be, and you can manipulate the size and shape of your sim.

12. The teenagers can exchange promise rings.

I think this feature is so cute! If your teen sim's relationship with their partner is going great, you can exchange promise rings with each other. I remember I did this with my teen sim at one time and when they and their partner became young adults, I had them become engaged and then married.

13. You can move from one world to another without starting over.

I enjoy the action of moving around as I please from world to world without having to start over from scratch, in achievements, promotions, and other things!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
