When you look into a dog’s eyes, all you see is their unconditional love. They wag their tails and pants in delight as they jump on you and kiss you. Jennifer Decker Williams, the founder of 2nd Chances rescue saw that more and more dogs are being euthanized. No one is taking action and putting effort into helping these dog. They did not have a choice and it was simply because there are too many stray dogs roaming the streets. Jennifer feels passionate about dogs, with 2nd Chances Rescue, she has took in over 500 dogs and has found loving homes for 400 of them.
An empowering journey Jennifer has ahead of her. Many dogs 2nd Chances Rescue take in are feral and undomesticated because of their past.
