Okay ladies, this one is for you. We have all been in a place where we wish we had a hair-tie or our heal breaks or something spills on our shirts (for me this is everyday). Check out what you should always keep with you to make those rough days a little easier.
1. More than one hair-tie
I keep a hair tie in my wallet, two on my writ, one in the cup-holder of my car and I'm sure there is one underneath the passenger seat too. This is a must especially if its hot out and you have thick hair.
2. Another pair of shoes
This is great if you have to walk a long distance from your car to work. Sport the Adidas while you walk through the street and slip on the pumps when you get the office. It is also good to have another pair of shoes if the weather changes from morning to night.
3. Cash
Although cash might seem like it's a thing of the past, it's not. Cash will get you out of a pinch when you need it. It's also good to have a few coins to pay to park or pay for a toll if you don't have an EZ-Pass.
4. Nail clippers
I'm not sure why, but every time I don't have nail clippers I chip a nail or have a hang nail or my cuticles start to peel back. So now I keep them in my car because I know that I will need them.
5. At least one pair of sunglasses
The last time that I left the house without sunglasses, I could hardly see the road. It was terrible. What was more terrible was that I went out that night and when I had to head home in the morning I was getting some crazy looks at Starbucks because I looked like a raccoon. Trust me, sunglasses are a must.
6. Clear nail polish/hairspray
This is great to touch up your hair or mani, but the main reason you should have this is for rips in your hosiery. I don't wear tights very often but when I do I bring 3 pairs and a mini bottle of hair spray because I know that I will get at least one rip in them.
I know that this list isn't all-inclusive and there are a ton of other things you could add to it, but these things are a good start and they won't lead you wrong that's for sure.
