The first few weeks back at school always need major adjustments. Why? You're trading ice cold lemonades for pencils and beach days for 8 A.M. lectures. It's not really a fair trade if you ask me.

The first week is all fun and games, but it all goes downhill from there as the workload just becomes an endless abyss.

Here are seven different feelings everyone has going back to school as told by "Shameless":

6. Anguish

7. Optimism

However, all the crying and hard work will (hopefully) be worth it by the end of the semester.
