Everyone has been in that situation when a friend asks you "what do you want to do," to which you reply "I don't know. What do you want to do?" and the vicious cycle just continues on and on. That ends now! Now you never have to be bored again!

Go to a comedy show

This is something that not many people think of, but it is extremely fun! I recently went to a comedy show with a group of my friends to "try something new" and we were pleasantly surprised. I would definitely go again, highly recommend.

Go for a drive

This is something that my friends and I do practically every time we hang out. Going for a midnight drive while blasting music on a road to nowhere makes you forget about all your responsibilities and lets you really live in the moment.

Go ice skating

With winter approaching, it's always fun to get into the spirit by going Ice Skating. It kills a few hours and is actually really good exercise too. My friends and I used to go Ice Skating every Friday in high school, and it became a fun tradition. We have lots of memories from the ice rink.

Go on a city trip!

With NYC being so close, the possibilities are endless. There are 100+ things to do in the city alone. You can go to the Museum of Natural History, Central Park, Bryant Park, The Color Factory, and many more!

Disney+ and chill

On days when you really just don't want to go out, cuddling up with your friends and watching a good Disney movie with hot chocolate in hand is really the way to go. You could have a Disney marathon and reminisce on your childhood.

Try a new restaurant

Everyone has their "go to" hangout spot, but it is fun to switch things up some time. See what kind of restaurants are near you and just get in your car and go. You might find a new place that you like even better!

Go to a concert

This may need preparation a few days in advance, but how fun is it to go "yo wanna go to a concert tomorrow?" I recently did this with one of my friends and the fact that it was "spur of the moment," made it even more fun.

Cook/bake something

Not only does this save you money on food, but it is a fun activity to do with your whole gang! This gives you a chance to try a new healthy recipe and even take a cute artsy "after" pic.

Start a new show together

This one requires a bit of commitment and self- control. You can promise your friends to not skip ahead or watch on your own that way you guys are always on the same page. Also, it makes it that much more exciting when you finally get together again to finish that show. Some of my personal favorites are The Vampire Diaries, Lost, You, Atypical, Brooklyn 99, How I Met Your Mother, and Big Mouth.

Have a game night

Have everyone bring one board game or deck of cards and have a game night! It's better than everyone on their phones not talking to each other while music or the tv plays in the background.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
