Gemini’s are Estelle because although they can be inconsistent at times, they are still quick witted and expressive. They also care a lot about others, which is shown through Estelle's desire to see Joey succeed. They also love the arts, such as acting, because of their curiosity of the world.

Aries’ are Marcel because of their energy filled spirits and their desire to constantly be the center of attention. Both are very fun-loving and always up for the next adventure!
Leo:
Leo’s are Gunther because they don’t like being ignored. Hence Gunther’s frustration whenever Rachel wouldn’t give him her attention. They are also very warm-hearted and genuinely care for those around them. Plus they love bright colors, which explains Gunther’s hair.
Taurus:
Taurus’ are like Richard because they are reliable, stable, and well-grounded. However, they can be possessive much like Richard was with Monica. This most likely comes from their strong appreciation of love.
Scorpio:
Scorpio’s are like Janice because they are very passionate and assertive. These qualities can render strong personalities, which can be over-the-top at times. They are also people who strongly express emotion, hence Janice’s strong love for Chandler.
Sagittarius:
Sagittarius’ are known for their sense of humor, like Jack Geller. He is constantly making corny jokes and seems to find a laugh in every situation. They are optimistic and not likely to take things too seriously.
Aquarius:
Mike Hannigan is a good example of an Aquarius. He hates commitment, which explains his hesitation when it came to possibly marrying Phoebe. Much like an Aquarius, Mike tended to run from heavy emotion and focus on having a good time.
Virgo:
Mr. Treeger is a Virgo because he is always there to help out the crew in whatever they need, thus making him very reliable. He is loyal to the tenants of his building and will work hard to ensure they are satisfied.
Cancer:
David is a cancer because he is very intuitive and highly creative, which can be seen through his work in the field of science. However, he can be insecure with his emotions and getting attached to people, which can be seen through his encounters with Phoebe.
Pisces:
Charlie is a Pisces because she is very wise and developed in her emotions. She has a strong sense of romance which is easily seen through her dating not only Joey, but Ross as well.
Capricorn:
Will Colbert is a Capricorn because of his unforgiving nature. Even after not seeing Rachel for years, he has still held onto the emotions that he had towards her in high school. His creation of the, “I hate Rachel Club,” shows his emotional side and tendency to care about what people think. However, he also shows self-control through his ability to lose a bunch of weight after high school.
Libra:
Sandy is a Libra because of his caring nature and dislike of hurting others. He is a people-pleaser who went above and beyond to satisfy the families he worked for. He has a strong love for harmony and the beautiful things in life, which led Ross to believe he was too much of a softy.
