1. The Vampire Diaries

As cliche as the title may sound, The Vampire Diaries has become one of my favorite television series of all time. It follows the life of Elena Gilbert, a teenage girl who has just lost both parents in a car accident, as she falls in love with a 162-year-old vampire named Stefan Salvatore. It has a little bit for everyone: fantasy, romance, drama, action, and not to mention some very attractive actors. After the first few episodes, you won't be able to take your eyes off your TV!

2. The Office

The hilarity that is The Office is just what the doctor ordered to cure a dull quarantine. The American mockumentary sitcom depicts the everyday lives of office employees in the Scranton, Pennsylvania, branch of the fictional Dunder Mifflin Paper Company. The dry humor, funny antics and love of various characters, and awkward silences make for a show to remember.

3. Gossip Girl

Take a dip in the life of luxury - Gossip Girl leads you through the over priced, upper class lives of New York's finest. Starring Blake Lively and Leighton Meester, Gossip Girl follows the lives of privileged teenagers on the upper east side as they get tangled up in relationships, family issues, and endless drama! Oh, and did I mention that Kristen Bell is the voice of Gossip Girl? An all-around MUST WATCH! XOXO.

4. YOU

This romantic thriller will have you on the edge of your seat. The story follows bookshop manager Joe Goldberg, a narcissistic and sociopathic killer who falls in love with aspiring author Beck. Full of twists and turns, YOU will constantly keep you guessing, as this story is not over until the screen goes black!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
