2. Your resume is not lacking leadership roles.

I know you aren't bossy, Cap, leadership roles just come naturally to you! You know how to manage people's skills in the most effective way and love to lend a hand to projects - especially when you can bring a unique skill set or perspective to the job. You understand the importance of mentors and teamwork and will always respect the times others need to take charge. But, c'mon, if you don't take the initiative, who else will?

3. You likely have a challenging major.

You don't shy away from the grind, girl. No matter how many plates you're spinning, I know you give your heart and soul to each one. Cap women populate areas of study such as accounting, law and the like. Why waste time and money on an institution if you can't reap the full benefits from it?
