Four Reasons To Start Watching "New Girl"
Hulu

I recently started watching “New Girl” on Netflix and I must say, I am so glad that I did! Here are four reasons why you should stop what you're doing and start watching “New Girl” immediately.

1. Laughter

If your need a good laugh at the end of a rough day, or just need to know that you're not alone in your everyday life struggles, just turn on an episode of “New Girl." Trust me, you will feel better immediately.

2. Relatable

Each of the characters is so real that it feels like your know them personally. They have many of the same struggles that you may struggle with on a daily basis. Paying bills, or sometimes not paying bills are just some of the things that they deal with!

3. Comfort

Each of the characters struggles with relationship problems. There are times where they find love and success with a special personal, but when they don’t, you can relate to them and find comfort in knowing you're not the only one who went through that experience.

4. Career

Every character has a different job and career. They show you that it’s okay not to know what you want to do with your life immediately. Jess is a teacher, and I love watching scenes with her in the classroom being a dorky teacher. I hope that I’ll be an awesome teacher like her!

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
