I'm currently a junior in College. This year definitely isn't my first rodeo here. In my opinion, the first semester is always my favorite. Considering how I have many friends at school, nothing gives me more of an awesome feeling than seeing my friends for the first time since the end of the second semester. For example, the move in days are always amazing. Discovering certain people may be living in the same dorm as you that you didn't realize and will help make the living experience as good as it can possibly be. Another key point of move in day is how everybody is there for that and we're all very hyped up from running into everybody.

Another big reason for the first semester being my favorite is the weather. It is the last of Summer and there's nothing like being on a beautiful college campus during the summer. Staying outside until it gets dark later at night, while playing around and blaring music is one of my favorite things about college in general. Nothing builds a friendship experience like competitive, fun sports or just bringing big crowds of people together.

All in all, this first semester has been all sorts of things to start, whether it be hectic, thrilling or just plain stressful, but that won't stop it from being the best time of my life!
