Things I Am Feeling With Election Day This Week

It's the month and soon to be day we have all been waiting for! The decision made by Americans about the next President has the potential to change the entire world. Here are a few things that have been running through my head as I've stocked my dorm room with snacks andgeared up for this scary day...

1. Nervousness

This is a lot of pressure and I’m not a candidate

2. Very low key planning where I might have to live for the next four years…

I can study abroad for four years starting in January, right Puget Sound? That’s in my tuition?

3. Excitement

This could be big!!

4. Finally no longer having to see the same person share political posts on social media… every single week...

I'm all about scholarly debate but stop posting the same thing every week THAT ISN'T ACTUALLY ACCURATE!!!!!

5. My heart might give out on Tuesday or my phone might die from trying to refresh the page so much

I don't know if I am going to make it till Wednesday morning.
