If you haven’t taken the Myers-Briggs personality test yet, I highly suggest that you do at some point in your life. Used in marketing and counseling, MBTI can provide you with a glimpse into your character, your strengths, and your weaknesses through just a four-lettered code. Each letter within this result represents a category with two possible outcomes -- extroverted (E) or introverted (I), intuitive (N) or sensing (S), thinking (T) or feeling (F), judging (J) or perceiving (P).
So, how does your personality extend to your morning cup of joe? Scroll down to find out!
ENFJ: Caramel Macchiato
ENFJs are inspiring leaders that ooze charisma and charm. Like the ENFJ, the caramel macchiato seeks to please and satisfy (and the fact that I’m an ENFJ whose favorite drink is the caramel macchiato also helps).
Honorable mention: Salted Caramel Mocha.
ENFP: Chile Mocha
The sassy social butterflies of the bunch, ENFPs are energetic and enthusiastic, often with a more eclectic and creative flair of style. Like the ENFP, the chile mocha is spicy, trendy, and interesting.
INFP: Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
Too sweet for their own good, the INFP holds himself/herself up with a calm, cool demeanor. Which makes the salted caramel hot chocolate such a good fit -- a testament to the INFP’s sweet creativity.
INFJ: Chai Tea Latte
Like the ENFJ, the INFJ can also be considered inspiring and idealistic, but rather than seeking to please others, the INFJ retreats inwards into their infinite layers of warmth. And, the Chai Tea Latte is warm, fragrant, and spicy enough for the INFJ to get through the day.
INTJ: Caffe Americano
Plain, blunt, no-nonsense. The INTJ is bold and imaginative enough to create the most effective, out-of-the-box plans, all while evoking an esoteric level of class. The Caffe Americano is rich and full-bodied for the INTJ to appreciate.
INTP: London Fog
A London what? A London Fog. INTPs fit the “quirky, dreamy professor” archetype pretty well, and what better drink to embody such an creative, idiosyncratic personality than one that is underground. Just order an early grey tea latte with vanilla syrup and honey and you’re good.
ENTP: Flat White
ENTPs are considered to be “the quintessential hipster” (aka. “I knew this drink before it was cool”). The flat white, which originated in Australia, is the ideal drink for a new adventure or place to explore. It’s bold, velvety texture will please any ENTP.
ENTJ: Espresso
Bold, blunt, and ready for action. The ENTJ is determined to find a way, no matter how many bridges they have to burn down. But, while the ends may not justify the means (though the ENTJ may sometimes say otherwise), the espresso is the ideal go-to drink for any proactive ENTJ.
