How To Get Yourself Falling For Fall
Danielle Roberson

You wake up on a chilly Monday morning. You walk outside for class in your favorite sweatshirt listening to your favorite song. You take in the beautiful color changing leaves falling right in front of you and you just think to yourself "it's finally fall." This means cute dates with your besties or boyfriend, candles and room sprays that will make your whole house smell like marshmallows and pumpkins, and cozy warm clothes! The weather is dropping, preparing us for the most wonderful time of the year while the leaves are changing to give that autumn look. Fall is amazing in so many different ways, so here's a list of a few things that I believe are fall musts.

1. Go to a pumpkin patch with some friends.

3. Drink a pumpkin spice latte while walking to class on a chilly fall morning.

5. Enjoy those chilly football games while supporting your favorite team.

6. Snuggle up and watch scary movies.

7. Go to a corn maze.

8. Make fresh pumpkin pie.

10. Wear your favorite sweater while enjoying that fall breeze.

11. Go to haunted house or trail.

12. Decorate for Halloween.

13. Get into the spirit for Halloween by dressing up or making a costume.

14. Carve a pumpkin.

15. Participate in homecoming festivities.

16. DIY halloween crafts.

17. Bake Halloween treats.

18. Go to an apple orchard.

19. Make a fall wreath.

20. Dress in your favorite fall clothes and have a fall photo shoot.

There are so many fun ways to get involved during fall, from lighting your favorite candle to making delicious treats. The options are endless! Between midterms and the weather cooling down, many people forget about all of the fun things there are to do. It's hard parting with summer and getting back into the routine of school, but these festive activities will help you get into the spirit of the season.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
