This year I had the opportunity to go to Comic-Con for the first time ever. It was pretty awesome for the most part. There were so many panels that I wanted to see, but I only got to go on Friday and Sunday. There are so many things that I didn't know that I wish I knew before going to Comic-Con.
The convention center was so big that when I got there I had no idea where to go. One room lead to another, and I found myself in the expo hall. This expo hall is huge. If you're into comics then this would be heaven for you. I am not fond of them, so I was trying to find something I like. Here was the problem: you can't move. People don't know how to walk. You try to move, but there's always going to be someone in front of you. It was so annoying. Also, when you finally found something that you like, there will always be a security guard screaming at you, "Keep walking!!!" I wanted to enjoy what was in front of me, but they were not letting me. I know it's a security reason or whatever, but still — it's not fun to have all those people around me AND security guards telling me to walk away.
I didn't let this minor setback ruin my day, however. Next, I was planning on going to the panels.
I always knew that in order to get into panels you had to be in line hours earlier. I did not think it was going to be a long line. I got there on Friday and the line for Hall H was scary to look at. I didn't even try to get in the line because I would have wasted my day being in line for nothing.
However, I did get into the panel for the show "Cloak & Dagger" even though I have never seen the show. It was a really good panel, and now I want to see the show. One of my favorite moments of this panel was at the end during the Q&A. There was a line of people trying to ask a question and they were seen on the big screen. There were two guys dressed up as Spiderman and Deadpool. They ended up cutting and were forced to the back of the line, however, so you couldn't see them on the screen anymore. The moderator was really confused and asked where they went. And then one of the people on the stage said, "Thanos snapped!" I was laughing so much. So good.

I knew what I had to do for Sunday. The Supernatural panel was on Sunday morning, and I wanted to be there so bad. I knew I had to make a sacrifice on my sleeping schedule. In order to get into Hall H, you need a wristband. So after I got off work on Saturday I went to get a wristband. I thought sleeping over was too much for me so I got there around six a.m. the next day and there was already a long line! But thankfully, I got in. I was excited to see Sam and Dean Winchester.

I got to see the cast of my favorite show. I haven't seen the last season so I got many spoilers but I didn't care because I got to see in-person my boyfriends (they just don't know they are yet). I was laughing every second during this panel. It was the best hour of my life. If you haven't seen this show, I really recommend you doing so. It is one of the best. I also got to buy those adorable plush toys that were really expensive but look at them! They are so cute!
My experience at Comic-Con was something I will never forget. It was crazy for sure. I know it's very hard to get tickets. And it's not fair for people that live in San Diego. I have lived here in San Diego for most of my life and I barely went to Comic-Con for the first time. Comic-Con should do something about it such as giving people who live in San Diego priority for tickets. Just a suggestion. I'm not sure if I'll go next year, however. There are too many people, and I need my personal space, but we'll see.
