Bored of your morning eggs? Fancy them up with this recipe I recently found and love from real simple magazine. Its super easy and very healthy with only a few basic ingredients you can create a "English-Muffin Egg Pizza".
1 Wheat English Muffin
2 Hard-Boiled Egg
Start by toasting the english muffin, then place on a cookie sheet. Drizzle the english muffin with olive oil and then layer on tomato slices hard boiled egg and a little bit of cheese. Place in the oven for five minutes, or until the cheese melts.
This meal is perfect for breakfast or a mid-day snack. Around 270 calories and 12g of protein, this recipe will keep you full and fuel your day.
