2. Primer- e.l.f Mineral Infused Face Primer
Primer is always iffy, especially when trying a new one. It can really make or break your foundation, but this one does the job for cheap! Get the e.l.f Mineral Infused Face Primer at Target for $6.
3. Foundation- Maybelline FIT Me!
This line of foundation from Maybelline is genius! It comes in liquid and stick form, which you can choose between matte or dewy. If you have oily skin, go for the matte. Dry skinned folks should grab the dewy. Buy it from Walmart for $6.
4. Concealer- Maybelline Instant Age Rewind
This concealer is an oldie, but goodie. I remember trying this when it first came out while I was in middle school, and its been holy grail ever since. You can get it from Walmart for $8.
5. Powder- Coty Airspun Powder
This face powder smells like Grandma, but it works like the Fairy Godmother. Drag queens love this stuff, and I can see why! Grab yours from Walmart for $12.
6. Contour- Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer
This bronzer was introduced to me relatively recently, but I will never go back to any other bronzer/contour! This smells like coconuts and blends like a dream. Walmart has it for $14.
7. Blush- Milani Baked Blush
My favorite thing about this blush is that is has a subtle shine that brightens your cheeks. They have it at Walmart for $8.
8. Highlighter- L'Oreal True Match Lumi

This brow duo kit is an extremely cheap dupe for the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade. Its really smooth and distributes product evenly through the brows, but the best part? It's only $3 from Walmart!
10. Eyeshadow- Maybelline The Nudes Palette
This is an awesome everyday palette because there are a good number of matte and shimmer shades, and the colors aren't too extreme, either. You can get your own for $12 at Walgreens.
11. Eyeliner- NYX Matte Liquid Liner
This eyeliner is a great product for beginners because it is cheap and so easy to use! Target has it for only $5.
12. Mascara- Maybelline Great Lash Mascara
Lemme tell you something. This mascara has been with me through thick and thin, sweat and tears, and the worst: my middle school days. If you have not tried this mascara, BUY IT NOW!!!! Target has it for $5.
13. Lipstick- Milani Matte Liquid Lipstick
This lipstick will last you all day! It's extremely comfortable and there are so many color choices in this formula. You can get it at Target for $7.
You see, having awesome makeup doesn't necessarily mean you have to go into Sephora or Ulta and drop a couple hundred bucks. Just go to your local drugstore and find these top-selling products, and you're set.
