"Are you prepared to ping the pong?"

I don't know about you, but "Drake and Josh" was a crucial part of my childhood. This show had all the sass and wit we could ever want, and honestly, I blame these two for why I'm so sassy now as an adult.

1. Obviously we need to start with the theme song.

Let's take a trip down memory lane shall we?

2. "I hope they cancel 'Oprah'!"

How. Dare. He.

3. When a brand new "Jersey" opened.

I wonder where they moved the old one to.

4. Miss Nancy.

If you weren't absolutely shook by this episode as a child, you're lying.

5. One pepper to rule them all.

Only the finest peppers are allowed in this salsa.

6. And where does one get this pepper, you might ask?

Yes, Drake, that's exactly where they're from.

7. "Are you calling me a liar?"

This was definitely a defining TV moment from my childhood.

8. Did something go wrong?

Interesting? Weird? Evil? Framed? Megan.

9. Why is there possibly a baby on a roof?

Whatever you say, Josh.

10. When Drake needed to avoid failing gym.

How do you even fail gym?

11. When Josh did the unthinkable.

Josh: "This is my worst birthday ever!"

Drake: "Why, 'cause you ran over Oprah?"

Josh: "No, 'cause it's a little humid. Yes, 'cause I ran over Oprah!"

12. "What do you eat soup with?"

We've all been there and done that when it comes to answering questions before we think them through.

13. Does football make you the "cooliest"?

Nice try, buddy.

14. Josh's one condition for his relationship.

Oh, sweetie. Raise your standards.

15. "Well maybe E means "extra fuel!""

Let's see... What could E stand for? Excitement meter, extra parachutes, entertainment, empty... Nope, it definitely means extra fuel.

16. Headaches are caused by ____.

Apparently Drake? If you've never given this line to one of your siblings, did you really grow up watching the show?

17. When Drake wanted to tie a message to a squirrel's tail.

Josh: "Right. Because the first thing I do when I see a squirrel is to check his tail for messages!"

18. There are rules about hot dogs.

"This hot dog isn't wearing a tuxedo."

19. "Are you prepared to ping the pong?"

"Your pong is no match for my ping."

20. "EMPHASIS."

Sometimes once just isn't enough.

21. "This is our living room-"

This is literally me when showing people around our house, though.

22. "Have a nice day!"

Well, then. We see how it is.

23. And let's end with a classic...

Drake may have resisted it at first, but he grew to love it as much as us.

My younger siblings never got to grow up on classic shows like this, and I felt it was time to introduce them to the wonderful world that this is. It's been fun watching them slowly start to incorporate phrases from the show into their speech, and I know it's only the beginning. After all, we all know our childhood shows are far superior to what's on television today.

New England Summers Are The BEST Summers

Why you should spend your next summer in New England.

Three years ago, I chose to attend college in Philadelphia, approximately 360 miles away from my small town in New Hampshire. I have learned many valuable lessons away from home, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent in Pennsylvania. One thing that my experience has taught me, however, is that it is absolutely impossible to beat a New England summer.

Yes, the math major is doing a math-related post. What are the odds? I'll have to calculate it later. Many people have probably learned about the Fibonacci sequence in their high school math classes. However, I thought I would just refresh everyone's memories and show how math can be beautiful and apply to physical things everywhere around us with stunning examples.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
