Self-Love Should Be Your Main Focus In Quarantine

Hello beautiful people,

Being self-quarantined can be a difficult situation. Instead of damaging our mental health, we should take this time for self-love, meditation, and time to reflect on what we want to achieve for the future. Self love should be the main focus of this quarantine.

So remove your makeup, try a new hair style, do your eyebrows at home, and put a face mask on. Do things that make you excited and that give you hope that you can get through this. There are many things to do in this life than to sit down and being unhappy. Take care of your mental health and take breaks at time because you need to let your mind relax and your soul to heal.

When I speak to some people, they feel like it's the end of the world, but in my heart, I believe that we need to start journaling or begin doing things we haven't done before. Send positive messages to your loved ones, and hope to have peace in your heart during these hard times. If you are bored and can't find anything to do, learn a Tik Tok and dance it. Being quarantined, I am learning many things about myself. I'm meditating and learning to focus on what is ahead of me.

I want to be able to work on myself to become a better person. To learn that I can do so much more than eating all day. Find ways to exercise at home and lose some weight if you want to. Feel free to waste your money online shopping and to try to donate blood if you can. At times like these we need to explore and be able to make a positive outlook because having a negative mindset will not help us at all.

Being beautiful does not mean that people call you so. It has to come from what you feel within yourself and sometimes we lose our sense of beauty. Remember that live keeps on going and you need to let your beauty from within reflect the outside. Love and take care because you only get one life. Live every day like it's your last and don't be afraid to tell someone that you love them. Find activities to keep yourself occupied and find ways to be happy. Take this moment to focus on yourself. Send self-love and positivity to everyone in bad moments. Hard things in life do take place, but it is how you elevate yourself and learn from the experience that matters. Corona-not virus for today and as long as we stay quarantined, and we'll try to protect ourselves, the people we love, and our earth.

Stay beautiful!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
