After the Federal Elections, Democrats almost the worst and disastrous electoral results in a General Elections ever since the party was founded. The Democrats had worst results in regards to women voters and also to the minorities and also to the rural communities in Middle America and the Rust Belt States. To understand their divisions, we must look into the cause of why there is going a rift between the elite Democrats and rural Progressives and how it did became a huge mess that we are facing today.

Let's look back to the events that lead up to this demise and reckoning. During the primaries, Former State Secretary Hillary Clinton was leading the polls by more than eight to ten points whilst Donald Trump, the presidential nominee of the Republican Party, was behind in the poll almost like his is treading water just in his sinking ship. Trump was relying on his attack against Clinton for being untrustworthy, "low energy" and much more. Clinton whisked away from the attacks and insults that Trump had unleashed her during the election campaign. On the day of the Federal Elections, many people and even analyst would predict that Clinton has it in her sights of winning the Presidency of the United States if she could win the swing states and also woo the people that are need of massive reforms for the economy, jobs and much more.

However, she did not win the Presidential Elections which we thought that she should've won by a large, and Donald Trump wins the presidency and becomes the 45th President of the Untied States of America. In which we wonder, how in the world did the Democratic Party are now in desperation to find answers to their quandaries. Well to sum it up, Hillary Clinton's action and moves were already predictable and also calculated by the Republican as a stage or photo-op to their supporters in which many in the Bernie Sanders including myself were skeptical. Also, Mrs. Clinton recruited celebrities to join to her campaign trail to boost her numbers and subsequently became an ammunition for the Republicans to fire back to Clinton that they don't need celebrities to fired up the crowd in the rallies. Lastly, the leaked email that they plan to sabotage Bernie Sanders out of the primaries partly because of the large part of Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, former chairman of the Democratic Party, the involvement of having Hillary Clinton to the primary elections.

And now, the Democrats will be facing a long journey after this debacle of historic proportions and the Democrats must face three things to reckon in order to get back to the mind of voters and if they are competent to win another Federal Elections in next 24 months during the Congressional Elections or the Presidential Elections in 2020.

Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
