Dear Future Husband...

I know you're out there, and there are some things I want you to know.

Dear Future Husband...
My Authentic Wedding

Dear Future Husband,

I think of you often. I’m always wondering when or where I’m going to meet you, and if I already have met you perhaps. I wonder what you look like, how tall you are, the color of your hair and eyes and the design inside them, the content of your heart and there is so much more about you that I am constantly wondering about. I wonder about so many different things about you, like what your favorite food is and what’s your favorite movie. I wonder about the kind of man you are, and I dream of the life together we will have together one day.

There are a lot of things that you need to know about me. You should know I can be a little difficult. I cry sometimes – at random times like during a sad commercial or a sappy love filled movie. Sometimes I can be stubborn, and I like to think I’m always right. I forget a lot of things, but I remember the important stuff that one should always remember about the one you love. I’ll remember what you like when you’re sick and I’ll remember your favorite remedy for when you’re sad.

I promise I’ll do my best to always be patient with you, if you promise to always be patient with me. I’ve been through a lot of things in my life, things that have shaped who I’ve become and helped me along the way in my life, some of it has been good and some of it has been bad, but all of it has helped me become the person I am today. I hope that one day I can share with you all I've been through, so you can know how much it means to me to have a man like you in my life.

I know that on the day I walk down the aisle to your smiling face, that your heart races just as much as mine will be, knowing that you are looking at your forever. I want nothing more than to live out my life with you, the love of my life, and to live a life we both have dreamed of our entire lives. To own a beautiful home, and lead successful lives. To share many laughs and memories with our children and family, to give our children everything that we possibly can, just like we always wanted.

I hope that not only will we live out our lives together, but that we have the kind of love that makes our kids say, "UGH, mom and dad are so cheesy." I hope we can be the couple that others look at and say, "I want a love like they have one day."

I am constantly thinking of you, who you are and when I'll meet you and where and a million other questions that will not be answered until I find you.

Dear Future Husband,

I haven't met you yet, but I'll see you soon, I love you.

Love,

Your future wife.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
