Dear DJ ,

(spoilers for season 2 of Fuller House ahead)

While season 2 of "Fuller House" may have been my favorite season of the series so far, I cannot say that I absolutely loved it because of one person: Steve. Now, I know you may be wondering, why Steve? He seems happy, best buddies with Matt, engaged to CJ. I think he seems happy too, but he'd be really happy if you guys were together. Personally, I think you would be, too.

Maybe I'm being a bit biased, not only as a huge "Full House" fan, but also as a fan of your relationship with Steve on the original show. And it's not that I don't think Matt is a great guy. He really cares about you, from running the veterinary practice together to taking caring of you while you're sick, and getting you New Kids On The Block tickets on what would have been a dismal birthday (even though that connection may or may not have been from Steve's help). Steve also cares about you beyond friendship. I'm not saying that it is bad to test out new relationships, but Steve already knows so much about you. One of the best moments of this season was when he gave you your birthday present:the pillow person. While Matt saw the joy on your face from this gift, he could not understand what it meant to you, unlike Steve. He would be able to make your relationship even more special because of your past.

What really killed me about this season is that Steve again gave you the opportunity to confess how you feel. Do you remember? It was at your high school reunion. You and Steve slow danced with each other, sharing a moment and singing along to your old song. It seemed that you were about to tell Steve something really important (maybe something about him?), but your face suddenly dropped with the news of his engagement before you said anything. He then gave you the chance to say give him a reason not to marry her. I wish you would have said that you cared about him and you still wanted to be with him, but you didn't say anything.

Maybe I would have brushed it off, but then came Steve's practice proposal on New Year's Eve, his words seeming that they were really meant for you, and that glance you guys shared as you stood with your partners before midnight. Then came the moment everyone wanted last season: confessing to Stephanie and Kimmy that you would've picked Steve as your boyfriend. It hurt to see you still appear a bit of unsure of your decision.

I'm hoping that next season you either realize that you should be with Steve or that you fully come to peace with no longer wanting him as a partner. If you feel that way, I hope you're prepared to fully embrace your relationship with Matt so you can have a great relationship together. If you choose Steve, I'm definitely hoping that that happens before Steve gets to the altar (although in Fuller House fashion, it may end up that way) and that Matt understands how you feel.

Ultimately, I do not want you to think that I doubt your decisions and that I dislike you.No matter who you end up with by the end of the show, you'll always remain as one of my favorite TV characters and role models. As the oldest of my two sisters, I'm always able to relate you. We're both the ones to always do everything first and are always prepared help out our siblings. You're responsible and smart, listening to not only others' advice, but your own as well. I just hope you remember to listen to your heart too.

Sincerely,

A Fuller House fan

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
