Yes, it is true that you need to work day in and day out to achieve goals.
Yes, the people who are working every single day yield the most success.
However, I am sick of people being shamed for taking mental health days.
People need rest to stay sane. No normal human can work 365 days a year, with no days to themselves. Every once in a while, it is okay to take a day, a few days, or even a week - to rest, binge-watch Netflix, eat some chocolate, and have no regrets.
Here's the bottom line: It is healthy to take a few days out of your busy work year to plan absolutely nothing. Me-time is a must-time.
