There's no shortage of stupidity and cringe-worthy comments on the internet, and the comments of Odyssey's Facebook page is no exception. Taking a scroll through the comments on any slightly-popular post will result in many laughs and at least one cringe.

You've got the usual comments, such as average people tagging their friends in a relatable post. There are also Odyssey managing editors and content strategists commenting and tagging their writers. You'll also probably find at least one person who insists on commenting about how much they hate Odyssey, but continue to come back to the page.

Beyond these usual commenters, there are a plethora of other comments that make you shake your head and want to turn off your computer for a while.

1. The Censor-er

Ah, yes, I have no idea what word they mean, now that they've replaced a bunch of its letters with asterisks.

2. The Downplayer

Don't worry guys, eight people being shot isn't as bad as we think it is.

3. The One Who Needs To Insult The Writer

Apparently, the author didn't look up what "post-partum" means because this article was not about that.

4. The Person Who Unnecessarily Brings Their Gun Into the Conversation

I'm quaking.

5. The One That Thinks Their Salary Is Relevant To The Conversation

Spoiler: Their salary was not relevant to the conversation at all.

6. The One With Bad Grammar

I'm not sure what they were trying to say.

7. The One Who Can't Even Spell "Odyssey" When They're On The Odyssey Facebook Page

Seriously?

8. The One Who Takes It Just A Little Too Seriously

Calm down. It's just someone's opinion.

9. The One That Doesn't Make Any Sense In Context

This was on an article about someone's dead grandmother.

10. The One That Provides Random Information

Just in case you were wondering, they're from Texas.

11. The One Who Complains About The Time They Wasted Reading Odyssey Articles, But Still Reads Them

Why don't you just not read the article?

12. The Guy Who Tries To Hit On The Writer In The Comments

Unfortunately, he didn't leave a number for her to call him.

13. Or One Who Also Tries To Hit On Her Mom

Like mother, like daughter.

14. The Guy That Asks The Writer On A Date

Seems like a suave guy.

15. The Guy Who Proposes To The Writer In The Comments

Come on guys, are you really that desperate?

16. The Guys Who Think The Stock Photo Is Of The Writer

One of these guys at least left his number, just in case she was also desperate.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
