" Grey's Anatomy" is the most relatable tv show for anything, no matter how you feel, Grey's can relate. Especially with college because college sucks most of the time, the only time it doesn't completely suck is the weekends or Christmas break because you don't have to wake up, you don't have to eat dining hall food, you don't have to be poor because you're reunited with your parents, and most importantly you get to sleep in your own bed!

When you get invited to your first college party as a student

Everyone loves going to their first college party, especially welcome weekend. It's the best weekend of college because no classes, no problem!

First day of classes

Everyone hates classes... low key of course… Those early 8:00 a.m.s will someday be the death of you, and those 6:00 p.m. classes will never fail to exhaust you.

When you have your first exam

Easily the most stressful thing that college brings you. They're never easy, you're never fully prepared and they always are long, boring and so complicated every single time.

When someone mentions anything free

Free is the best word that any college student can ever here because after buying all our textbooks, trying to eat, and everything else we spend money on we are as broke as it gets.

When you finally get real food when you go home for the weekend

Home cooked meals are the one thing you will miss more than your dog or your momma. They are single handily the best thing you can receive when you come home.

Waking up and getting to class, realizing it got cancelled

Easily the worst thing in the entire world. I've done this like over four times already in my month of being here. It's the worst especially when it's the morning class and you force yourself to get out of bed and get to class and you never had to go in the first place.

Getting done with Friday classes, if you have any

The best thing in the entire world is when you're done waking up for the week and the week is finally over and you survived another day of h-e-double hockey stick.

When you almost get decked by a bike every single day on campus

There isn't a day that goes by where I'm walking down the sidewalk and a biker comes flying at me like I'm some sort of invisible object or something.

Acing the exam you've been stressing about for weeks

When you finally show the professor that you actually know what you're doing and the four days you spent studying with no sleep, no food and no shower finally pays off.

When the professor or the TA hardly speaks English

When you can't understand the teacher or the TA it's just bad news, a recipe for disaster, just withdraw now.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
