Say hello to the holiday season! Don't let being locked down in school for another two weeks suck the spirit out of you. Bringing Christmas cheer into your home away from home can be achieved with just a dash of effort. Take a trip to the nearest drug store with your roomies and grab a few things that catch your eye. It doesn't have to cost much! Heat up the hot chocolate, pop some cookies in the oven, and turn on your favorite Christmas playlist. That's what we did and here are the results!
A single string of lights can easily replace the need for a real tree. A bow to cover the wire bundle, and you're set.

A simple yet impactful DIY is to wrap a picture frame. Takes less than five minutes and va-voom, a present is hanging on your wall. Pop a bow on for extra cuteness!
