As we all know it's winter which means it is cold which means its the perfect time to find that snug spot outside of your house that keeps you warm and cozy. As some people like to turn to Starbucks, there are other places you can go to get your coffee/tea fix and being in Columbus gives you a variety to choose from. So either if you're from Columbus or just visiting here are some places you should check out:

1. Fox In The Snow Cafe

Located on N Fourth St. on the east side of Columbus, Fox in the snow cafe is the perfect place to get coffee and tea with a snack to keep you occupied while you take your hipster pictures.

2. Cambridge Tea House

This is favorite tea house and my mom and I go here quite often. it's a short drive from campus, located in Marble Cliff right below Upper Arlington. Also, it does get busy and since it is smaller I would recommend that you make reservations.

3. Mission Coffee Co.

This cafe is located on High in the Short North on Price Ave and it's open from 7 am to 7 pm, which makes it a perfect stop for a coffee run any time of the day.

4. Kafe Kerouac

Kafe Kerouac is located on N High Street, right by OSU's beautiful campus which makes it a perfect stop.

5. Stauf's Coffee Roasters

This Coffee shop is also located in Marble Cliff, but closer to campus.

6. Roosevelt Coffee House

Roosevelt Coffee House is Located in the heart of Columbus on 300 long street, so if you're doing activities in downtown this is the stop you'll want to make.

I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating.
