October is finally over which means that Christmas time is here, right?! False. There are a few days that fall in between Halloween and the Christmas season, and it's called NOVEMBER!
Every year, Halloween passes and next thing you know there are Christmas trees up in Wal-Mart, accompanied by singing snowmen. If Thanksgiving is your favorite holiday, you've in fact picked the most thankless holiday of the year because literally everyone in the world is counting how many sleeps there are until Christmas. The amount of disgust you feel during this time of the year is unreal.
It's November 1st, and you walk in Wal-Mart and hear Christmas music.
When you hang out with one of your friends and they're already planning their Christmas party.
When you ask someone about Thanksgiving and they don't acknowledge the holiday.
When you walk by the choir room and you hear Christmas music.
When the "25 Days of Christmas" commercials start to appear on TV again.
The disrespect you feel when you go to your friend's house and they already have up decorations.
Or when you walk inside and there's a gingerbread house kit.
The betrayal you experience when your best friend keeps going about what to buy their girl/boyfriend.
The judgment you pass when someone is wearing a tacky Christmas tie in November.
When you get into the "Christmas is better than Thanksgiving" fight.
No matter what everyone thinks, you continue loving Thanksgiving and all that November has to offer.
