4 Things To Enjoy Guilt Free During Christmas Break

We all have things we love to do to relax and have some fun. However, when the school year is in full swing these things can't be enjoyed because of the daunting feeling of procrastination looming over a tired college kids head. However, throw that out the window because it's Christmas break! Ready, set, relax!

Enjoy these things in any order and capacity that you please

1. Take a 3-hour bubble bath girl!

Lock that bathroom door, light that candle, clean out your local Lush store inventory. There is no assignment calling your name. Tell everyone that until further notice you will be eyeball deep in cashmere bath bubbles. No Shame.

2. Put your cooking and baking Pinterest pins to use

It's December and your list of adult obligations have dwindled down, take advantage. We all know we have grown our Pinterest boards over the course of the year. There are so many recipes that are untouched. So many wondrous cookies, drinks, and dinners that have yet to be made and eaten. What are you waiting for, get in that kitchen Betty-Crocker.

3. There Are So Many Books Worth Reading And Cold Afternoons Meant To Be Spent All Warm And Cozy

Most of us don't read much due to time constraints, lack of motivation or filling the back with any other issue. However, reading can be fun, relaxing and informational. Need a good place to start? "Girl Wash Your Face" by Rachel Hollis is a great place to begin. She'll make you laugh and She'll make you think. I can guarantee you'll find a love for reading because of her.

4. Binge Watch Netflix To Your Hearts Desire

A soft blanket and a dark room are calling your name. Never finished the show you started last summer? NO problem at all; here is your opportunity. Want to fully watch one two or even three shows before the new year, go for it. There is no looming syllabus to stop you.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
