Kids movies are awesome. They always know how to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. And just like any other film or book, they allow for a great escape from reality. While you all may know of "Frozen", "Brave", "The Little Mermaid", and "Cinderella", there are some that have slipped through the cracks.

Here are just a few that you may have forgotten about:

1. FernGully (1992)

There are actually two "FernGully" tales. Both tells of the adventures of a handful of fairies that live in the rain forest and a very eccentric bat, who used to be experimented on by humans. Some of the cast include Samantha Mathis, Christian Slater, and Robin Williams. This tale is a wonderful example of the impact humans have on the environment and all of its creatures.

2. Thumbelina (1994)

"Thumbelina" follows a tiny girl born from a flower, who worries she will never find anyone her size. She soon catches the eye of a Prince of the Fairies before being kidnapped and going on a great adventure to find her love again. Some of the cast include Jodi Benson, Gary Imhoff, and Gilbert Gottfried. This is a wonderful tale of adventure, friendship, and love.

3. Pinocchio (1940)

This is a wonderful story of hope, love, and right and wrong, which is about a woodworker who wishes for the wooden doll he carved to be a real boy. When his wish is granted, a cricket becomes his guided conscious. However, the story takes a turn when the boy is lead astray. Some of the cast include Dickie Jones, Cliff Edwards, and Christian Rub.

This film tells of a young boy that befriends a giant alien robot that has crash landed in his small town and their journey to stop a paranoid government agent from destroying the giant. The cast includes Vin Diesel, Jennifer Aniston, and Eli Marienthal. This is a wonderful story of unlikely friendships, acceptance, and adventure.

5. Lady and the Tramp (1955)

"Lady and the Tramp" is a great tale of love and adventure that follows a pampered dog on her adventure in the streets where romance blossoms between her and a stray mutt that is helping to protect her. Some cast members include Peggy Lee, Barbara Luddy, and Larry Roberts.

6. The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996)

7. The Rescuers (1977)

"The Rescuers" follows two members of the Rescue Aid Society as they journey to find and rescues a kidnapped orphan. Cast includes Eva Gabor, Bob Newhart, and Michelle Stacy. It is a great tale, displaying the value of family and love.

8. A Bug's Life (1998)

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
