What people do in their spare time does not make them more or less mature. Here is a list of things that can be enjoyed by individuals of all ages, even if they are considered "childish."
1. Cartoons

Animation is a diverse art form that encompasses every genre imaginable. However, in the West especially, it has been pigeonholed as something that appeals only to children. Adults who appreciate the medium are thus stereotyped as creeps, losers, and sad nerds. This is not helped by the stereotypes against children's stories in general.
2. Middle grade/YA fiction

Many in the book community consider books not written for adults to be shallow, pandering, and brain rotting. However, they give a pass to books like "50 Shades of Grey" that have gratuitous and unnecessary sex and violence. Many seem to think that in order for something to be mature, it has to include explicit material. If that's the case, then the loud kids at the back of the bus are more mature than most adults. A story can be amazing without having to pander to adults.
3. Stuffed animals

As a plushie collector, I have gotten mean looks from people when they learn about this hobby of mine. I'm not afraid to admit that I even sleep with a stuffed animal sometimes. How is that any different from needing to sleep with a white noise machine or a certain type of music? The important thing is to get enough sleep, however, that works for you.
4. Footie pajamas

Sometimes heaters cannot keep out the chill of winter. Footie pajamas are warm enough to allow you to sleep even in the bitter cold. And they're soft and comfortable! They're also great for people who tend to walk around the house late at night, for midnight snacks or last minute chores or studying.
5. Playtime

Playing outside is something that even children nowadays don't do enough of. It's been scientifically proven that spending time outside has a huge amount of health benefits, and by playing games you're getting a workout. Playing is a sign of intelligence and many animals play their entire lives. As long as it doesn't get in the way of responsibilities, take some time to play.
6. Daydreaming

Again, as long as it doesn't get in the way of responsibilities. Having an active imagination means you have a higher tolerance for things like waiting in line, driving for a long time, or sitting still in the dentist's chair. Also, people with active imaginations tend to have a talent for artistic disciplines, and that's a great skill to have.
7. Optimism

Choosing to look at the bright side of things has been equated with being delusional in recent times. However, very few optimistic people are actually blind to the problems of the world, or willfully ignorant. They instead focus on the good in the world and what they can change. This leads to much greater peace of mind which in turn leads to more mental energy to make changes for the better.
