Stitchers" is a science fiction crime drama series on Freeform. "Stitchers" features strong characters, witty dialogue, science, mystery, tons of chemistry, and friendships as presented in a previous article. This article is dedicated to the efforts that "Stitchers" fans have done in order to get the show renewed for a third season. The second started on March 22, 2016 and the season finale aired on May 24, 2016. Despite the season ending more than three months ago, "Stitchers" fans refuse to give up. We are using our voices to show why we love "Stitchers" and why we want a third season.

1. Fan created petition

"Stitchers" fan Alyssa Lemke created a petition with the goal of showing Freeform that fans want "Stitchers to be renewed for a third season. The petition had a goal of 5,000 signatures when it opened on March 31, 2016 and currently it has 10,002 signatures! That's 200% of the goal! Sign the petition here!

2. "Stitchers" Fans Voice Project

Fans from all over submitted pictures and videos and fan Alyssa Lemke put everything today into this video! This fan video is a wonderful collaboration between "Stitchers" fans that showcases their love for the show.

3. YouTube Videos

Fans have spent endless hours creating videos of "Stitchers" and have shared them on YouTube for the world to see. These videos are absolutely amazing and you can really see just how much fans really care for the show. Check out a few of those videos below (maybe grab some tissues too- emotions run rampant!):

This is one of my all-time favorite videos!

Don't think I've forgotten about Camille and Linus!

"You're the detective, detect."

I know I put so many videos but they're all just so awesome and I couldn't decide... I still can't. There are so many amazing videos, way more than I have space to put here. I definitely recommend taking time to check all the videos out, I promise you won't regret it!! There are some SERIOUSLY talented fans out there!

4. Posting non-stop despite the show not being on

At any given time on any given day, the #Stitchers and #RenewStitchers3 tags on Twitter never fail to be active. Don't believe me? Check out the #RenewStitchers3 tag and the #Stitchers tag for yourself! The season finale was more than THREE months ago and yet fans are still active all the time. I personally think that says a lot about our dedication and passion for the show, don't you?

5. Voting in polls

On August 31, 2016, a new poll was released by RENEWCANCELTV. The purpose of this site is to provide daily polls based on which shows will get cancelled or not. These polls give fans a chance to save ONE show over the other. This particular poll gives fans the option to save just one show: "Stitchers" or "Dead Of Summer". At the current moment, 497 people have voted to save one of the shows and "Stitchers" has 93% of the votes! Go us! Please continue to vote for "Stitchers" and to share the poll with as many people as possible.

P.S. "Stitchers" was nominated for Choice Breakout TV Show at the 2016 Teen Choice Awards thanks to fans. Emma Ishta aka Kirsten Clark was also nominated for Choice TV Breakout Star! Fans nominate their favorite shows for the award and we got it in! We may not have won, but it's a pretty big deal just to be nominated! "Stitchers" was nominated alongside shows like "Lucifer" and "Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments," which have larger fanbases than "Stitchers." Fans worked really hard to get "Stitchers" nominated and it's not something that should be overlooked!

6. Writing articles and blogs

As I mentioned in the introduction, I wrote a "Stitchers" article a couple weeks ago all about why "Stitchers" is a show that is worth checking out. If you're interested, you can find it here. Of course I'm not the only "Stitchers" fan who has written articles! This article is about thoughts from the season 2 finale episode. People have even created blogs dedicated to the show! Check this blog out for all things "Stitchers" related! This fan is always pushing towards renewing "Stitchers" and has dedicated much of her Tumblr blog to "Stitchers". Talk Nerdy With Us is another great source of "Stitchers" articles!

7. Never-ending dedication

The biggest and most dedicated fan of "Stitchers" has to be Jeff Schechteraka the executive producer. Honestly, I'm not sure he ever sleeps. Every single time someone posts about "Stitchers" on Twitter, he retweets them to further spread the word. All day, every day. SERIOUSLY.

"Stitchers" fans refuse to give up without a fight. We want a season 3 and we are not afraid to stand up for our favorite show. We want a chance to know more about the characters and the story-line, but we also want closure from those cliffhangers we were left with. So Freeform, will you finally give us what we want and renew "Stitchers" for a third season?! "Stitchers" fans are dedicated to this show that is unique and unlike any other show on the network. PLEASE (pretty please with a cherry on top!) GIVE US A THIRD SEASON!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
