With finals just around the corner, this last month of school serves as a time where students are usually in a panic; trying to boost last minute grades, handing in projects...and lots of studying! But during this time, it is also important to make sure our mental health also stays in check. Here are some fun tips to keep your brain healthy during this last month of school:

1. Bath Bombs!

Baths in general are a great way to reduce stress. Just soak in the water with maybe a book or Netflix and forget about all of your worries...at least for the time being. Try spicing up your bath with colorful, scented bath bombs which will not only help reduce your anxiety but also leave your skin feeling silky smooth.

2. Reading

Reading for pleasure is easily one of the best ways to reduce your anxiety. Get lost in a totally different world while also calming yourself down. Try reading outside for an even more calming experience.

3. Netflix

Netflix is the perfect way to avoid all of your stress...Just make sure you don't procrastinate too much!

4. Yoga

Start of your week right with some meditation and healing. Yoga is the perfect way to not only stay in shape but to also help heal your brain from a studying overload.

5. Retail Therapy

There is nothing a little retail therapy can't fix! Just make sure you don't break the bank and stress out over your shopping hobby.

6. Listen to Music

Sometimes it's good to just plug in a set of earbuds and tune out the world for a while. Creating the perfect playlist can do wonders for the soul.

7. Journal

This might sound like a writing assignment you did in 3rd grade, but keeping a journal is a great way to reduce anxiety and calm yourself down. Printing out pictures to go along with it can make it a lot more colorful and personalized.

8. Jog

By releasing endorphin, jogging is an instant mood booster. It is also a great way to clear your head and also promotes well being. Go run!
