Sports is a cruel place. One day someone could be at the top, the next day they could be 10th in the Western Conference. We never know how certain events are really gonna affect someone and how they might cause a team from go to the worst to the best or vice versa. In the case of the NBA, teams are competing to get destroyed by Golden State in the finals, but here are some predictions to spice up the NBA.

The Lakers will make the playoffs but will be bounced in the first round

Lebron James came to the Lakers for 2 reasons, to win a championship and to build his brand. While the latter is in full swing, the former might have to wait for another year. The Lakers are clearly still learning and during the stretch that Lebron missed, they showed their weakness. However, they will rebound and make the playoffs but their run will be short as they are just too raw in their potential.

The 76ers will make the finals

The 76ers are a very strange team. Despite already boasting a solid lineup, the team chose to trade for Tobias Harris a very good role player and borderline all-star. I predict this trade will put them over the top of the east and will propel them to the NBA finals, only to be crushed by the legendary 5 all star line up of Golden State. However the future is bright for the 76ers. #trusttheprocess.

Giannis will win MVP

There has not been a more dominant player in the NBA this year than Giannis Antetokounmmpo. Yes we all know about James Harden and his legendary run right now but Giannis has been the most efficient and overall best player. He is continually a stud on defense and his increasing speed and confidence have pushed him to the top of the MVP discussion. Most of all, the Bucks are winning games.

Nikola Jokic will be a 1st team all pro

Nikola Jokic has proved himself to be the best passing center and the overall best center in the game this year. The big man continually puts up big stats and helps the nuggets win games as they are the 2nd best in the WESTERN CONFERENCE. That is no easy task as the West continues to grow but Jokic has put his team on his back and has carried them. He deserves more recognition.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
