There are many things I have either though of investing in or have been asked to invest in over the last several months. However, you can’t really be sure what is worth investing in these days considering how the American market has been in recent history. The stock market is no longer what it once was, making it much less reliable as an investment option in not only my opinion, but in the eyes of many financial experts that I have studied. However, there is one thing I have come to believe is an incredible thing to invest in, and that is myself. After a number of key realizations I have been able to take my passions and turn them into something profitable, and I strongly recommend everyone do the same.
Everyone, Including Yourself, is a Business
Whether you realize it or not, you are a business and have the potential to be a very successful one. One of my favorite lines from any movie of all time is a line from the Joker in the 2008 Film, The Dark Knight: “Never do something you’re good at for free.” This quote has been a motto of mine for quite some time now and it has changed my outlook on how I go about selling myself and what I have to offer to others. I have taken my successful physical transformation and turned my knowledge of training, and nutrition into something I can market to others. I have been able to close two sponsorship agreements with a clothing company and the number one egg whites company in the world, and am continuously working to expose myself to larger opportunities within my field. With the social media age being upon us, it is possible for anyone and everyone to achieve goals of greater income and an even fame. By taking one’s passions and creating a business from it, the possibilities have become limitless.
Omnipresence is Attainable
While many people are using social media, not many are truly optimizing their ability to be everywhere all the time. With applications such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, posting content in alignment with the top trends a few times a day can go a long way in the pursuit of getting noticed. With the press of a button, someone can share and repost your content to all of their followers, creating bigger chances of your content being shared and appreciated by others that can possibly help you get to where you desire to go. With content being linked via hash tags, algorithm and location, it is more likely now than ever to be discovered by the upper echelon in any field.
Social Media is Free and Abundant
The millions of people that have joined social media range from all different ages. I personally have seen young children as young as seven years old with Instagram accounts. The range of individuals that are active on social media is indicative of how accessible social media platforms are for everyone. Not to mention, there are numerous platforms in existence already that many people aren’t even using. All it takes to be successful in the social media realm is to persistently create content and optimize the number of people viewing that content. With the amount of platforms available already with more surely to come, there is plenty of room for success.
